It's No. 7 seed Roanoke (10-4) at No. 1 seed and fourth-ranked Plymouth (14-0) in the NCHSAA Class 1-A East Regional championship game. Friday night's winner at Plymouth will advance to the state championship game at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh on Dec. 8 in an 11 a.m. game against the winner between No. 3 seed Salemburg Lakewood (a 22-21 winner over South Stanly) and No. 1 seed, fifth-ranked and undefeated North Duplin (a 20-0 winner over East Wilkes).
